By accessing or using Sign Docs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Sign Docs provides tools to prepare, send, and manage signature-related workflows and related collaboration features. We may update features over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use the service only if you can form a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to share it with us.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (for example: unlawful content, security testing without permission, interference with others, or violations of sanctions/export rules). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Third parties and signers
Recipients who sign through links we provide are subject to these terms where applicable to their use of our signing experience. Integrations or links to third-party sites are governed by those parties’ terms.
Fees
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at purchase and may include taxes. One-time purchases do not renew unless you choose a separate recurring plan.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
